These Terms of Service govern your use of fortinypets.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by SHOPBOXING LLC, a US company doing business as For Tiny Pets ("For Tiny Pets," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. By using it, you agree that you:

Are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian
Will provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order
Will not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' access
Will not use the Site's content or data for scraping, reselling, or any commercial purpose without our written permission

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Even so, colors may display differently on different screens, and minor variations can occur. All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, we may cancel any order placed for that product. If your payment has already been charged, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where an error has occurred. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms of Service. In short: orders ship from our US warehouse within 24 hours on business days, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an eligible item.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product photos, text, graphics, logos, and the For Tiny Pets name — is owned by SHOPBOXING LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a product page.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we stand behind our products and our Return & Refund Policy, to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or a purchase from it will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
