Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Item must be in the same condition as received

• Proof of purchase is required

Items opened only to verify condition or functionality may still be eligible if no signs of use are present.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

A replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is covered only for damaged or defective items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
